60 minutes focused on gear, speed, and mileage. This class could be a good fit for our cross trainers and people who enjoy getting their butt kicked.

45 minutes focused on time out of the saddle, choreography, and arm weights. This class could be a good fit for our music lovers who enjoy a rhythmic challenge.

30 minutes focused on getting a good sweat and riding to the beat. This class could be a good fit for our lunch break heroes and those who enjoy an abbreviated ride.
