With 5 dynamic cycling formats, our signature rhythm-based mat class ‘Sevven on the Mat,’ and a thoughtfully designed space that invites you to show up fully, we’ve created something different. Our instructors don’t just lead—they move with you, challenge you, and hold space for wherever you are in your practice.
Our space is for anyone ready to commit to themselves. If you’re looking for a studio that meets intensity with intention and community with authenticity, we’d love to move with you.

Full body // high intensity

CYCLE45
Cycle45
45 minutes focused on fundamentals and feeling more comfortable with each ride. This class could be a good fit if you’re looking to focus on all elements of the ride like speed, gear, choreography + lead foot. Expect exciting movements with form perfecting instruction.

POWER45
Power45
45 minutes focused on gear, speed, and effectively combining the two. This could be a good fit for our cross trainers and indoor cyclists who enjoy increasing their endurance. Expect a lot of gear and speed pushes, or as we call it ‘time under tension.’

POWER60
Power60
60 minutes focused on gear, speed, and varying intervals. This class could be a good fit for our cross trainers and people who enjoy getting their butt kicked. Expect to be surprised at just how amazing you feel after an hour of cycling

LIFT45
Lift45
45 minutes focused on time out of the saddle, choreography, and arm weights. This class could be a good fit for our music lovers who enjoy a rhythmic challenge; expect lots of dancing and high energy.

SWIFT30
Swift30
30 minutes focused on getting a good sweat and riding to the beat. This class could be a good fit for our lunch break heroes and those who enjoy an abbreviated ride. Expect some serious sweat in a short amount of time.

SEVVEN ON THE MAT
50 minutes of sculpt-pilates fusion intentionally placed to the beat of the music.
High-rep sequences with light weights + core flows + lengthening movements = the perfect complement to your cycling practice.
Complete with warm-up and restorative breathing cool-down.
