Q: How can I book a class?
A: You’re in the right place! Hit ‘book now’ on the top right of our website or download our app.
Q: What should I bring to my first class?
A: Yourself, your favorite workout clothing, preferred cycling shoes, SPD or Delta Look, and a reusable water bottle. Leave everything else to us (shoe rentals, bike towels, etc).
Q: Are there any discounts available?
A: Yes, head over to ‘Pricing’ to purchase the appropriate Unlimited Membership if you are a student, military member, healthcare worker, or educator!
Q: What should I know about the billing cycles for memberships?
A: For recurring memberships (2x, 4x, 8x, Unlimited), you are billed upon your first check in. This means you will NOT be charged upon purchase and will be charged upon first usage. Moving forward, your membership will be billed on that date each month. Our system is entirely automated so there is no way for us to edit your billing date unless a cancellation occurs. For class packs, drop ins, and new rider offers, you are billed upon purchase and these do expire. Please read the item description upon purchase for expiration dates.
Q: How do I cancel my membership?
A: We have a minimum commitment of 2 months for all recurring memberships (2/4/8/Unlimited) and we require a 30 day email notice to cancel. Please email us at connect@sevvencycle.com. We will inform you of where you’re at in your cycle upon cancellation to make sure that you’re able to use any remaining days you have in your membership. We will always ask if there’s anything we can do to keep your membership active so please don’t hesitate to reach out if there is a price point or membership that may work better for you. Although we require a 30 day notice for cancellations, if you’d like to switch memberships, we will accommodate that at any point in time.
Q: What if I’d like to extend the expiration date for my class packs?
A: No problem! We’d be happy to accommodate whatever date you need. Please send us an email at connect@sevvencycle.com.
Q: What if I need to cancel my booking?
A: We totally understand things come up. The cancellation window closes 8 hours prior to class. Please cancel through your account via our app or website. If you cancel after that window you will either lose a credit or be charged based on your membership. In a true emergency, we will absolutely accomodate what you need.
Q: When do I need to arrive for class?
A: Before your first ride we’d love to show you around so 15 minutes is perfect. After that, at least 5 minutes if you are able. Doors lock 1 minute prior to class. Please arrive to class on time, we will not disrupt the ride once it has begun.
Q: Does your studio have showers/locker rooms?
A: Yes. We pride ourselves in being a state of the art facility with fully stocked shower rooms, bathrooms, a locker area, and lobby area. We have shower towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, and more.
Q: When does the waitlist cut off?
A: Great question, 2 hours prior to class. This gives you time to prepare if you do get dropped into class from a waitlist. If you can’t make it, please try to remove yourself or reach out to us at 608.284.7394.
Q: When do we stop accepting class reservations?
A: 5 minutes before class starts.
Q: How far in advance can I book classes?
A: 30 days! Book those bikes!
Q: Where can I park?
A: Super easy set up, here’s what to expect. Street parking is available in front of the studio on E Washington as well as on N Ingersoll, N Brearly, and E Mifflin. All street parking is at most a 5 minute walk away. If you prefer parking in a structure, we have one attached to our building on N Brearly right next to City Dog Vet. This parking is free to all riders. Grab the ticket as you enter, carry that ticket with you as that allows you access into the structure after class. Grab a QR code validation from our Front Desk Reps and scan on your way out instead of your ticket. Drive safe!
