FAQs

Where are you located?

Our primary studio is at 1018 E Washington Ave, Madison — home to all cycle classes and day-to-day operations.

Mat classes are hosted at 100 S Baldwin St every Sunday and Monday, just a 7-minute walk or 2-minute drive away.

Does my membership include all classes?

Yes! All class packs, memberships, and offerings on our ‘buy now’ page apply to both cycle and mat classes. We do not sell separate memberships or class options.

How can I book a class?

You’re in the right place! Hit ‘book now’ on the top right of our website or download our app.

What should I bring to my first class?

Yourself, your favorite workout clothes, and a reusable water bottle.

For cycle classes, we recommend your preferred cycling shoes — we’re compatible with SPD and Delta Look cleats. Shoe rentals and bike towels are available. For mat classes, all equipment is provided.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes, head over to ‘buy now’ to purchase the appropriate Unlimited Membership if you are a student, military member, healthcare worker, or educator!

What should I know about the billing cycles for memberships?

Recurring memberships (4x, 6x, 8x, and Unlimited) are billed on your purchase date and renew monthly on that same date. Our system is fully automated, so billing dates cannot be adjusted outside of a cancellation. Class packs, drop-ins, and new rider offers are billed at purchase and carry expiration dates — refer to the item description at checkout for details.

How do I cancel my membership?

All recurring memberships have a 2-month minimum commitment and require 30 days written notice to cancel via email at connect@sevvencycle.com. We handle all cancellations by email to ensure accurate record-keeping. Upon request, we’ll let you know where you are in your billing cycle so you can make the most of any remaining days. If there’s a membership or price point that works better for you, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’re always happy to help find the right fit. Membership upgrades can be accommodated at any time.

What if I need to make additional updates to my membership (upgrade/downgrade/freeze)?

All membership changes are handled via email to ensure our team provides an accurate and thorough response. Please reach out to us at connect@sevvencycle.com for any updates or modifications. We will not take membership cancellations in any other form. If you have questions about our memberships in general, feel free to ask the Front Desk for assistance.

What if I’d like to extend the expiration date for my class packs?

No problem! We’d be happy to accommodate an extension. Please send us an email at connect@sevvencycle.com.

What if I need to cancel my booking?

We totally understand that things come up. Classes must be cancelled at least 8 hours in advance through your account via our app or website. Cancellations made after that window will result in a lost credit or a $10 late cancel fee, depending on your membership. No-shows — where a class is not cancelled and not attended — carry a $20 fee. In a true emergency, please reach out and we will always do our best to accommodate.
We do not take class cancellations via email, voicemail, or social media messaging. Please adjust bookings through your Sevven Cycle account.

When do I need to arrive for class?

For your first class, we recommend arriving 15 minutes early so we can show you around and get you settled. After that, aim for at least 5 minutes before class. For the safety of our staff and the integrity of our operations, doors lock 1 minute prior to start time and we do not allow entry once class has begun — please plan accordingly.

Does your studio have showers/locker rooms?

Our 1018 E Washington location is a state-of-the-art facility with fully stocked shower rooms, restrooms, a locker area, and a lobby. Shower towels, complimentary toiletries, hair dryers, and more are all provided. Our 100 S Baldwin location is a clean, comfortable space with restrooms and essential toiletries — perfect for a quick refresh after class.

When does the waitlist cut off?

2 hours prior to class. This gives you time to prepare if you do get dropped into class from a waitlist. If you can’t make it, please remove yourself from class to avoid class fees.

When do we stop accepting class reservations?

5 minutes before class starts.

How far in advance can I book classes?

30 days for cycling, 7 days for mat.

Where can I park?

1018 E Washington (cycle): Street parking is available on E Washington, N Ingersoll, N Brearly, and E Mifflin. We also have a parking structure on N Brearly adjacent to City Dog Vet — free for all Sevven members with a validation ticket available at the front desk.

100 S Baldwin (mat): Limited spots are available in the public lot out front, with additional free street parking on S Baldwin and E Wilson. You’re also welcome to park at 1018 E Washington and walk over — it’s about 7 minutes on foot.

How do I get in touch?

You can reach us by email at connect@sevvencycle.com, by phone at 608.284.7394, or by text at 608.984.0852 — whatever works best for you. For the quickest response during open hours, give us a call. For less time-sensitive questions, we respond to emails within 48–72 hours.

Did we miss anything?
